Where we ship Anywhere in Pakistan. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
How long it takes Every order is prepared by hand, and preloved pieces are cleaned and checked before they go out. Orders are ready to dispatch within 6–8 working days, and delivery takes a further 3–5 working days — so expect your parcel within about two weeks of ordering.
Karachi orders often arrive at the quicker end of that range. If you need something by a particular date, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
Shipping charges Calculated at checkout based on your address.
How you can pay Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or Easypaisa. You'll see the options at checkout.
Tracking We'll share tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
If something goes wrong Couriers occasionally lose or delay parcels and that part is outside our control — but we'll chase it with them on your behalf. Message us on Instagram and we'll follow it up.
