By ordering from QnE you agree to the following.
What we sell QnE sells two kinds of thing: preloved footwear and accessories, sourced individually and graded by hand, and jewellery we make ourselves in Karachi. Preloved items are secondhand and are sold in the condition described on their product page, including a condition grade out of ten. Brand names are used only to describe what an item is; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised retailer for any brand we resell.
One of a kind Most pieces exist only once. When a piece sells, it's gone — we can't reorder it.
Product information We photograph every piece ourselves and describe it as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and small variations are part of handmade and preloved goods.
Orders We may cancel an order if a piece turns out to be unavailable or if there's an error in its price or description. If we do, you'll be refunded in full.
Payment Cash on delivery, bank transfer and Easypaisa. Payment is taken in Pakistani Rupees.
