A checklist for buying preloved shoes online in Pakistan
A useful preloved shoe listing should help you understand the particular pair you will receive. Use this checklist before paying, whether you have found the shoes through a website, Instagram or WhatsApp.
1. Confirm the size and measurement
Check whether the label uses EU, UK or US sizing. Ask for clarification if the listing only gives a number. Where a measurement is missing, request it and compare it with a pair you know fits. Our fit guide explains the difference between foot and insole measurements.
2. Read beyond the condition score
A score such as 9/10 does not identify every mark or worn area. Ask about stains, stitching, heel lining and sole wear. If several sizes share a listing, confirm that the notes and photographs apply to the pair you are choosing.
3. Ask what was checked
At QnE we check labels, stitching, soles, defects and cleanliness. We tell customers about stains before payment. Read our inspection guide and ask about a detail that remains unclear.
4. Confirm the full cost and COD terms
Check delivery charges before comparing the final cost. QnE charges PKR 350 for nationwide delivery, with delivery in 4–7 days. COD requires that PKR 350 delivery amount in advance; HBL bank transfer and Easypaisa are also available. Follow the current checkout instructions and shipping policy.
5. Read the return rules
Find out the request deadline, who pays delivery, and whether an exchange depends on stock. QnE’s request window is seven days after delivery. QnE covers return and replacement delivery for its own errors; customer sizing mistakes have different delivery-cost rules. See the full returns policy.
6. Recheck availability
Batch stock can change quickly. Confirm your chosen size and price on the listing before placing the order. A similar style in a later batch may have a different size, colour or condition.
