Shoe size and fit guide

A size number is a starting point. Labels, model shapes and the fit of a preloved pair can differ, so compare the particular pair before ordering.

1. Check the size system

EU, UK and US sizes use different numbering. Check the size printed on the shoe’s label and the size option on the listing. If the system is not clear, ask us for clarification or a label photo before paying. A universal conversion chart cannot confirm the fit of every model.

2. Measure both feet

  1. Wear the socks you expect to use with the shoes.
  2. Stand on a sheet of paper and mark your heel and longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance in centimetres and repeat for the other foot.
  4. Keep both measurements and use the longer foot when discussing fit.

Foot length and insole length are different measurements. Compare them with a well-fitting pair you own and discuss the chosen shoe’s shape and fit with us. Do not treat equal numbers as a guarantee of fit.

3. Check the particular pair

Where a measured insole length is published, use the measurement for your selected pair. Where it is absent, request the measurement rather than assuming it from the size number. Ask about width, heel wear or any feature that matters to your fit.

4. Select an available size

Different size options may represent different physical pairs, conditions and prices. Read any note beside your chosen size. If your size is sold out, another available size on the same product page does not mean your size can be ordered.

A later batch may contain a similar style, but its sizes and colours are not guaranteed.

If the fit is wrong

Return or exchange requests must be made within seven days after delivery and are subject to the returns policy. If the customer supplies the wrong size, the customer covers delivery in both directions; exchanges depend on availability. QnE covers return or replacement delivery for QnE’s own errors.
