Here is how to choose and order preloved shoes from QnE, with the details to confirm before payment.
How stock works
We obtain shoes in batches from our vendor and usually replenish when the previous stock has mostly sold. Particular colours and sizes cannot be guaranteed in the next batch. Black styles are more commonly available, but each listing’s current size options and stock still matter.
Some styles have several pairs and some have only one. Similar styles can return; that does not mean the same pair, colour, size or condition will return.
Choosing a pair
- Browse the Shoes collection and choose a style.
- Check the selected size, price, condition notes and availability.
- Use the size and fit guide; ask us for a measurement or label photo if needed.
- Read the inspection guide and confirm any stains or defects before payment.
Delivery and payments
Nationwide delivery: PKR 350. Delivery time: 4–7 days.
COD requires the PKR 350 delivery charge in advance. COD does not mean that the whole order can be placed without an advance payment. Follow the payment instructions shown at checkout. HBL bank transfer and Easypaisa are also available.

Returns and exchanges
Contact us within seven days after delivery to request a return or exchange. If QnE sends the wrong item or size, or the item is faulty or damaged, QnE covers return and replacement delivery. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund applies under the policy, including sale items.
If the customer supplies the wrong size, the customer covers delivery in both directions. Every exchange depends on availability; if it is unavailable, a refund can be processed with the customer covering applicable delivery costs.
